We need a solid account person well-suited to the demands of a retail business for which we manage both media and ongoing monthly creative. The role requires the ability to think strategically, and this person should have sharp organization skills to manage a team charged with quick-turn production and managing multiple media plans across digital and traditional media channels. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of related experience, agency or client-side. Bonus points if you’ve worked in the auto category.
We are seeking a dynamic new member of the media team for a role focused almost exclusively on a single piece of business that spans both B2C and B2B spaces. Candidates should have at least 5 years agency or client experience and be equally adept at planning and buying both traditional and digital media. This person would be the day-to-day lead internally and play a key client-facing role with regular communication with the client’s marketing team. They will be responsible for proactively planning, buying and stewarding the business along with their direct report, a Media Strategist, and other Media Team members. This person should have strong oral and written communication skills, sharp presentation skills, be detailed-oriented and develop timelines and manage workflow across the Media Team’s responsibilities.
We're looking for a new leader for our media team. This person should be passionate about effectively managing and mentoring a team and excited about continuing to evolve and inspire Firehouse's media thinking and output. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can also roll up their sleeves and get work done. This person should be equally adept at and comfortable with any type of media and can help evolve and inspire the media team to think brands, business and ideas, and not just media on its own. This person is a proven leader across disciplines and with clients. They can lead and mentor media strategic thinking, and they have an understanding of the time, resources and processes it takes to plan and execute media effectively. As the director, you will play an important role in business development, client relations, and management of the media department's time and resources. This person will also be part of the agency leadership team with an important seat at the table in determining the agency's overall focus and direction.
