Senior Strategist Strategy is a core element of Firehouse. It is something that everyone in the agency possesses and makes us good partners for our clients. We’re looking for a strategy generalist to help build and evolve the strategy team. What do we mean by generalist? We looking for someone that can be a utility player – a little brand planner, comms strategist, storyteller and data nerd. It’s likely you’ve been doing similar work for at least 4 years, building your strategy toolkit along the way.

Studio Manager This print and digital guru will work and collaborate with project management, account service and creative teams to produce flawless work. We don’t just need a production artist—we need someone that can take the ball and run with it. 7+ years of advertising or relevant experience is a must, along with an expertise in all things Adobe.

Account Executive We're looking for a rockstar Account Executive. They will work as part of the account management team to build relationships, uncover opportunities and coordinate day-to-day agency activities and client contact on one or more accounts. More specifically, you'll need to have at least 2 years of account management experience, either at an agency or as a marketing manager client side. B2B brand experience is a plus. 

Media Supervisor We are seeking a dynamic new member of the media team for a role focused almost exclusively on a single piece of business that spans both B2C and B2B spaces. Candidates should have at least 5 years agency or client experience and be equally adept at planning and buying both traditional and digital media. This person would be the day-to-day lead internally and play a key client-facing role with regular communication with the client’s marketing team. They will be responsible for proactively planning, buying and stewarding the business along with their direct report, a Media Strategist, and other Media Team members. This person should have strong oral and written communication skills, sharp presentation skills, be detailed-oriented and develop timelines and manage workflow across the Media Team’s responsibilities

Art Director We’re looking to add a new face to our creative team. Namely a highly talented art director/designer to work across all of our clients, as well as aid in our new business efforts.So, what makes you a good fit? For starters, it helps to be genetically pre-disposed to being collaborative, hard-working and allergic to jerkish behavior. Beyond that, 2+ years working at an ad agency or similar creative department, great organization and communication skills and a terrific portfolio. The best candidates are ambitious and looking to grow in a diverse, fun and supportive environment.
