CD/writer: You think about brands and campaigns holistically. Can seamlessly toggle between tones of voice depending on the project. Your manifestos are moving, your scripts are great and social copy is cheeky and tight. Coaching and inspiring junior teams comes naturally, and your work leads by example. We push you. You push us. We’re both better together.
CD/ad: You are design forward. Less directing of art and more creating of art. Whether it’s your innovative and detailed eye for video/photography or your meticulous construction of brand standards, your skills and vision help drive the design language of the agency. Your work leads by example, but you can teach and inspire the next generation as well. You’re already good, we’ll give you what you need to be great.
If you’re not already in Dallas, you need to be open to changing that. Culture is a big deal to us and it’s hard to be a part of it if you’re not present.
