We’re looking to add a new face to our creative team—namely a highly talented copywriter who is, or is ready to be, an Associate Creative Director.
First and foremost, we care about the work. Specifically yours. Sure, time in the business or time leading clients or teams matters, but your ability to write, create and elicit great work across multiple mediums for diverse clients matters more. Your ability to creatively problem solve, break category rules and collaboratively kick-ass matters more. Your hunger to be an important part of a smart, ambitious, ego-free team with high standards matters more.
So, yes, the bar is high. But so is the opportunity.
