We’re looking to add a new face to our creative team—namely a highly talented copywriter who is, or is ready to be, an Associate Creative Director.

Afore mentioned more details:

  • About 7+  years of creative writing experience at an ad agency or in-house creative department

  • Have some experience leading the creative efforts for one or more clients, with guidance from a creative director when necessary

  • Demonstrates exceptional writing and presentation skills and is often a key point of contact for clients

  • Manages a team consisting of seniors, mid-levelers, and juniors

  • Demonstrates expert-level competence in subordinates’ duties and tasks

  • Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions

  • Generates creative solutions; Uses feedback to modify concepts; Applies design principles; Demonstrates attention to detail

  • Assesses own strengths and weaknesses; Pursues training and development opportunities; Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with others

  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop

  • Working knowledge of video editing and GFX software

  • Proficient in building clean, production-ready files for print and digital projects

  • Works with vendors to creatively manage pre-production, production, and post-production

  • Processes and responds to feedback with creative, insightful and strategic solves

  • Keeps in contacts with other departments to ensure all stages of creative asks are met

  • Represents their own creative output as well as add any needed guidance for any creatives on their team
