Now Hiring: Account Supervisor

Firehouse is looking for a new account supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on a national restaurant brand, including managing creative campaigns, photo and video shoots, content creation, and strategic brand-building initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in account management (or similar marketing role). Food or beverage experience is a plus, but not a mandatory. And, the ideal candidate embodies the Firehouse values: hard work, empathy, humility, camaraderie, transparency and accountability. 

Responsibilities

  • Balance day-to-day executional responsibilities with high-level strategic thinking (insights and solutions) that move a client’s business forward in the long-term.

  • Run the day-to-day operations of their allocated area of business.

  • Manage client expectations with the ability to recognize critical issues and resolve them strategically and diplomatically.

  • Manage, and begin to lead, the agency’s day-to-day relationship with key client contacts.

  • Delivering formal and informal presentations, and written proposals and case studies

  • Identify strategic opportunities that help achieve client goals.

  • Ability to delegate, while maintaining oversight and guidance.

  • Oversee workflow, analytics, project tracking, timelines and budgeting.

  • Fiscally responsible for all allocated initiatives.

  • Mentor/Manage other members of the Account team.
