Our Project Management team is growing. Specifically, we’re looking for an assistant project manager to support key accounts. The ideal candidate will be wired to organize, problem solve, and ask “What’s next?” This position is for the Project Management and Operations track at Firehouse, which focuses on process management to ensure our creative, strategy and account teams can develop the absolute best creative product for our clients.

Job Description

The assistant PM assists with projects and may manage uncomplicated projects individually. S/he works closely with and is guided by the Project Management Supervisor. S/he is responsible for determining project schedules with input and  guidance from the lead PM. S/he has a basic understanding of the PM role and agency processes, and is able to follow instructions accurately and communicate effectively with all team members.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with projects/works closely with and guided by a senior PM

  • Gain a deep understanding of workflow processes through training from the senior PM

  • Assist with distribution of project updates, timelines, client feedback, etc.

  • Assist with estimate & PO entry 

  • Assist with scheduling meetings

  • Independent management of C-level projects and studio requests

  • Assist with approval phases/elements: concept, layout/storyboard/ architecture, copy, script, art work, final layout/mechanical

  • Ensures proper organization of the AM/PM & Creative servers by creating a project folder for each new job

  • Ensure files are closed and archived
