We’re looking to add a highly talented, highly motivated Senior Copywriter to our team.

Requirements
5+ years of experience at an ad agency or in-house creative department
Demonstrates a firm understanding of all assigned brand voices
Partners with art directors to concept and present internally and externally
Executes ideas across all mediums and is intimately familiar with the capabilities of each
Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions
Generates creative solutions; Uses feedback to modify concepts; Demonstrates attention to detail
Assesses own strengths and weaknesses; Pursues training and development opportunities; Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with others
Comfortably attends and contributes to productions with a growing ability to oversee and provide direction
Processes feedback with some guidance from superiors and is able to devise solutions and rationales as to the direction of the creative
Maintains clear and responsive inter-department communication throughout each creative request
Salary Range: $65,000 - 70,000

Location: This is a hybrid position. Firehouse is on-site Tuesday-Thursdays in Dallas and remote on Mondays and Fridays.
