Now Hiring: Digital Production Designers

We are hiring for two Digital Production Designers.

This member of our studio collaborates with project management, account service, content and creative teams to help make the work sing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with production and quality control of large volumes of projects across all media at a fast pace

  • Create and assist in verification of final web-ready files
    • Evaluate digital files for color consistency, photo quality, and resolution, and suggest improvements as needed

    • Help ensure consistency with brand guidelines and standards across multiple elements

  • Updating owned digital properties
    • Websites via CMS

    • Emails (HTML) via CRM

  • Resize and repurpose graphics files for:
    • Social Media

    • Web

    • Email

    • TV/Video Art Cards

    • Display

  • Modify and enhance existing video assets

  • Some creation and execution of motion design elements

  • Work independently, with direct supervision or within a team to achieve goals

  • Be able to maintain client brand standards and style guidelines

  • Stay up-to-date on online ad formats’ best practices

Skills & Attributes

  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Adobe XD as well as Figma, Canva, etc.
    • Working knowledge of video editing and GFX software (After Effects, Premiere), and AI programs (Midjourney, etc.) appreciated by not required.

  • Knowledge of typography, layout, color and design

  • Able to build clean, production-ready files for digital projects

  • Eager to understand and capture visual language of assigned brands and apply it successfully across all mediums

  • Generate creative solutions, use feedback to modify concepts, apply design principles, demonstrate attention to detail

  • Communicate clearly and efficiently, especially when problem solving

  • Pursue training and development opportunities, strive to continuously build knowledge and skills, seek mentorship of more senior creatives and creative directors

  • Is proactive in gaining a greater understanding of the agency process

Salary Range: $45,000 - 50,000

Location:
This is a hybrid position. Firehouse is on-site Tuesday-Thursdays in Dallas and remote on Mondays and Fridays.
