Once a year, we close our office doors and head out into the community for our annual Make a Difference Day. This year, we volunteered with Rebuilding Together, an organization that transforms homes for veterans in need.
Frank Krawiec, the owner of the home we chose, is a Vietnam veteran who is battling brain cancer. He and his wife have been living in the house for 40 years, and it was in desperate need of some repairs. From painting the house and taking down trees to planting splashes of colorful flowers, we spent the day getting our hands dirty.
