Firehouse has been named agency of record for the Residential business unit of Lennox Industries Inc., effective immediately. The announcement comes following a competitive review for the Lennox business over the summer.
Firehouse’s responsibilities will include strategic leadership and oversight, national media planning, creative, social media strategy and content creation, support of national retail accounts as well as product launches and promotions. Firehouse’s strategies will be supporting dual targets in a B2B2C model on the Residential side of the business; this segment of the Richardson-based brand offers heating and cooling products and accessories through more than 6,000 independent dealers across North America.

Founded in 1895 by Dave Lennox, the brand has a long history of innovation and leadership in the category. Firehouse will be working alongside Lennox to create a singular, united brand across its many business units with efforts focused on driving top-of-mind brand awareness, sales and retention.
